Hassan Kamal is Senior Associate at CMS, bringing a strong academic background and practical expertise to the firm. He holds a BA-LLB (Hons.) degree from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, where he graduated with high merit in 2021.

Since joining CMS in 2022, Hassan has played a crucial role in the firm’s labor and insurance law practices and routinely assists Partners in both advisory and contentious matters. He regularly represents clients before Courts and Tribunals, including Insurance Appellate Tribunal and the National Industrial Relations Commission. Hassan also handles criminal litigation of the Firm.

Hassan’s legal journey has been marked by significant milestones, including his role as Judicial Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court from 2022 to 2023. This prestigious position provided him with the opportunity to engage closely with the judicial process, honing his skills in legal analysis and advocacy.
